Tri County Rail Authority, Known as Tri Rail, operates from Mangonia Park FL to Miami. For years, Tri Rail has used a combination of rebuilt GP40s obtained from Norfolk Southern and an assortment of F40 rebuilds. That has changed with the acquisition of over 20 BL36PH from Brookville.
